All sales are final. I acknowledge I am agreeing to a payment plan and will complete payments. 

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for sending a hair sample to the lab using the collection kit provided by Alex’s team. Kits are shipped once per week, typically on Fridays.

The overall timeline for processing depends on two factors:

1. How quickly you submit your sample to the lab.

2. The lab’s processing time.

Please note that the full process may take approximately 2–4 weeks. Mosaic Holistic Coaching is not responsible for delays caused by late sample submission or by the lab’s processing time.
